Q: How big is The Venue?

A: In its entirety, The Venue is just over 4000 sq. ft.

Q: How many people can The Venue hold?

A: The maximum capacity at The Venue is 236 people.

Q: What types of events can be held at The Venue?

A: The Venue is an ideal event space for weddings and large corporate events. However, it is also a fantastic venue for parties, dances, large dinners, performances, concerts, workshops, and seminars.

Q: Does the facility have a bride's room?

A: Absolutely! Our bride's room is stunning and meticulously designed so that you and your bridesmaids can get ready comfortably, with plenty of space. Unlike many other spaces, The Venue also has a luxurious groom's room.

Q: Are there available hook ups for sound and lights?

A: The Venue features a full sound system, light bar, and optional string lights. If you need the use of microphones for your event, or would like to play music from a single device, your rental will include the option to hook into our system. We also have a list of DJs available who are able to utilize all aspects of our system. If you would prefer to hire a private DJ, they are more than welcome to set up in The Venue, but will need to bring their own equipment.

Q: Is the space caterer friendly?

A: Yes! With a large prep kitchen, working at The Venue is a dream come true for caterers and servers alike.

Q: Where is The Venue located? Is it easy to get to?

A: The Venue is located inside the historic Cedar theatre in the heart of Downtown Cedar City. It is easily accessible with ample parking right outside the building as well as across the street. It is 4 minutes from the freeway and 8 minutes from the Cedar City Temple.
